The Town of Moira is soliciting proposals/bids from qualified Contractors (“Companies”) to establish and renovate property located on the Sayles Road, Moira, NY for utilization for a sports park to be used for baseball and soccer fields. Companies are invited to submit formal proposals/bids that detail the scope of work and budget.

Interested and qualified contractors are to send their proposal to Town Clerk, Amanda Dishaw with the subject line reading “Town of Moira Sayles Road Sport Project RFP.” Submissions must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, May 13, 2024. No responses to this RFP will be accepted after the date and time specified.

After reviewing the RFP submittals and if necessary interviewing selected respondents, the Town of Moira will identify its preferred contractor and anticipates awarding a contract at its May 14, 2024 monthly meeting. The Town of Moira reserves the right to accept or reject, without prejudice, any or all submissions or to waive any irregularities therein, or to accept the submission deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Moira.
