Court is in session on the following schedule:

1st and 3rd Mondays of the Month, Hon. Town Justice Durant presiding - 4:00 PM

2nd and 4th Mondays of the Month, Hon. Town Justice McCormick presiding - 2:30 PM

Court is not in session on Monday holidays, or the 5th Monday of the Month if such occurs.

Ms. Foley, Court Clerk, office hours are by chance, or by appointment by calling (518) 529-0208 ext. 1.

Payments should be made by mail to Moira Town Court, 522 County Route 6, Moira, NY 12957. Money Orders and bank checks will be accepted.

Please do not send cash through the mail.

No PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted.

Payments may also be accepted in person by the Court Clerk, or for your convenience, there is a secured drop box located on the court door, which you may use to drop off payment when court is closed.
