REQUEST FOR QUOTES – SPRAY FOAM APPLICATION
The Town of Moira is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the application of spray foam insulation to the Moira Town Offices/Justice Court. Insulation to be applied to the bottom side of the low pitch roof decking and some wall space above the suspended ceiling for an area approximately 48’X50’ (2400 square feet). Suspended celing will be removed prior to the project to accomodate the application of the insulation.
Being a Public Works Project, estimates may only be accepted from contractors with the following:
- $1,000,000/$2,000,000 aggregate liability insurance certificate, and
- Certification of Workman’s Compensation Insurance, and
- Certification of Registration with the Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry of the New York State Department of Labor pursuant to Labor Law Section 220-i.
Estimates must include current prevailing wage for labor according to the Article 8 Prevailing Wage Schedules from the New York State Department of Labor.
